Schedule software

Im looking at buying a scheduling software system, managing jobs, staff, clients etc etc. Its for a home cleaning business (im sick of doing it by hand and it's getting too much work now with 6 teams on the go)

Im looking at http://www.insightdirect.com/maid-service/ this one. Ive been quoted $2895 one off payment, no subscription costs on top.
and they can make it completely uk relevant.

Does anyone use this already, it does look absolutely amazing, obvioulsy a little expensive especially with the exchange rate atm.

Or are there any other scheduling based software systems that anyone can recommend.

Does everyone understand what i mean by this?

I need something to plot the monthly cleaning schedules, weekly, 2 weekly, monthly etc. It needs to cope with things been put on hold for a week, someone cancellling for a month ec. I need this to then print the staffs working hours for each week.

I need to have customer information data for what for needs doing in each home. I need to print off their daily working schedules which would also have customers info on on what needs doing in each home.

I need it to route plan, and show me the best routes and for eg when taking a new customer on to give me the best slot to put them in to cut down travelling for the teams.

I need it to give me endless reports, for eg sending a mailout to customers who have had a one time clean to entice them for another. The addresses could be printed on address labels for me.

It needs to hold all staff details. days off sick, holidays, working hours etc so i can then just stick the numbers it adds up in my myob payroll.

Stock control, i want it to log how much supplies each cleaning team gets issued, and how much supplies i have left to help me re order.

I need it to take notes that get added to customer accounts, for eg, mr x rings up to say dont close the door in the dining room because the cat got trapped in there and did a big mess on the carpet.

I know its a lot, but surely someone else knows what im looking for.

I need it to log feedback, complaints. How many customers havee been lost/gained and which teams are losing customers or retaining them.

There was one advertised in the one of my trade mags last month.

It works l kind of like Kashflow if my memory serves me right (if you've ever used that) and is all web based.

I'll dig out the URL from the bin just for you!

I'm also dealing with a company called Hunter Systems Ltd who do scheduling software that intigrates with PDAs out with your engineers or cleaners. They book down what stock and time they use and it all gets beamed back to base and updates your back office automatically and auto generates invoices etc.

Not had a demo of them yet but it sounds good.
