I want to start my own sandwich/Baguette van and attend quite a few events and also go round the offices. And i was just wondering if i prepare the sandwiches and baguettes at home what will i need to have checked? Also do i need to go on a catering course or just need food hygiene certificate.

need to get preparation/cooking area checked by local environmental health officer at your local council.
