Samsung Interactive Screens?

Hi All

Does anyone have any experience with the Samsung range of interactive screens? Specifically the DM82E-BR and DM65E-BR screens?

We have recently installed a large number of these, and are having a very high failure rate as the interactive overlays keep failing and becoming intermittent. It doesn't seem to be a batch issue as the serial numbers and delivery times are far apart from each other.

Any feedback would be appreciated.
