Just wondering if anyone would care to share their techniques, as managers/sales managers, for instilling accountability amongst their sales reps?

Here's a few tried and tested techniques to get things started:
  1. Set clear, measurable expectations / targets
  2. Provide regular, constructive feedback
  3. Publicly recognise achievement / performance
  4. Empower staff to assess, respond, resolve and take ownership
  5. Develop and us vs. the world mindset
