Hi

It would be sale terms...

I've been looking at the rules on a website but they only kinda mention pressure tactics and count downs clocks. Is a sale different from a discount?

I hope this is not a stupid question ?

Generally speaking a sale or a special offer is for a period of time where a discount can be given whenever or as a token of goodwill. For example, we offer a 10% loyalty discount for returning customers, and we run specials offer products that are time limited. You often find that the two can't meet, so our terms are that the 10% loyalty doesn't apply to special offer items.

    Hope this helps
