Hello,

I am after some help please?
I currently use a manual system, (Excel) for customer/supplier information, quotations, purchase orders to suppliers and invoices to customers, tracking when payments have been made/received.
Can you please recommend a simple to use, (at this point I don't need anything too in-depth) and reasonably priced sales/accounting system?
I need it to be able to log all customer and supplier information, produce/send client quotes, produce/send supplier POs, process/send/keep track of customer and supplier invoices.

Thanks.

I think you need three tools: a CRM, a phone system, and a CTI to connect the two.

There are a lot of CRMs out there in the market. Salesforce is always a reliable choice as CRM. A lot of small-medium businesses also tend to choose HubSpot.

For phone systems, you can check 8x8 or ShoreTel which always has really good reviews as phone systems for small-medium organizations/businesses.

And for a CTI, our company has only used one and that is Tenfold. It can log all your calls in the CRM and with each call, it can show you the customer info that you need (automatically pulls up the record of the customer/prospect).

These are just to name a few. There are a lot more. But I suggest that you check all these tools out.
