Its just a styling interface, and the extension is free so not much point shouting at ebizmarts for creating an excellent extension that just needs a little massaging to get it work with your theme.
I was looking at their pro extension as i believe this would be the best option for us; they even install it for you for the total cost of $149.
What Im trying to understand is exactly how this works if taking a manual order in magento. Am i correct to assume that you would select the payment method and without any further action or logging into sagepay a light box opens and the payment details can be entered straight into it for immediate authorisation?
Or do you have to have a specific option for Virtual Terminal Payment in the Payment Method list and when this is checked, a link appears that will be Open Virtual Terminal, and will open the VT in another window?
Just a heads-up - we're using the pro version of ebizmarts, and from what I can tell, it doesn't allow you to take/process orders manually in Magento. There is no payment method listed when you manually create an order, so Magento won't let you process the order.
Hence, and I don't know the correct way of doing this, you'd have to create a payment method (say cash on delivery or something), hide it on the front end, but have it visible on the back end and then use that to put the order through, but take payment via the regular Virtual Terminal you have with Sagepay.
