Sagepay password used

I closed my Sagepay account and my E-commerce shop a few months ago. The website still exists but has a "we are closed" page. It runs on X-Cart.

One feature of the site is that we get emails for failed admin logins, with the password used. I got one yesterday and the password used was my Sagepay one ! I'm fairly sure that I do not use this password on any other system. The ip address that this came from is in China.

Has anyone else had such a thing recently ?

I emailed Sagepay and am waiting for a response.

Yikes, sounds like you should probably change all related passwords ASAP.

Actually the post was from yesterday. The poster has been a member since March 2013.

I know that the Sagepay account is closed, my email was to raise the fact that this could have wider implications for Sagepay users. I emailed them on the 16th (9.40pm), ticket number 27A-1BAB5C94-0178 and have not had a response (and yes, I have checked my junk folder). I only used that password for Sagepay and have no related accounts etc.

So much for doing the right thing ....
