Sage report designer; blank invoice

I've customised an invoice layout in sage report designer; all is beautiful with logo, but I export as a pdf to send to client and all that shows up is the logo.

I print directly from sage and it comes out perfect, but exporting as a pdf only logo shows up.

Anyone come across something like this before? Thanks for any guidance.

Is your client using an iMac by any chance? Does the PDF copy appear OK for you?

Thanks John, I'm using Sage 50 and I haven't even sent the client the pdf yet.

I am exporting the pdf from the invoice print preview, all data is showing on the preview. I then export, I can even print directly from sage and it is fine. But when I open the pdf (individual file exported from sage) the only thing that shows up is the logo.

There must be some sort of error sending the data from sage.

Strange, I've only ever seen this issue when opening a Sage PDF on an iMac. Do you get the same problem if you use one of the standard Sage invoice layouts? Are you using a 64bit version of Windows?

Thanks John, it's fine on other one's. Just on my customised one with the logo. It was working fine up until I edited it. I must've hit something like hide or something.

I'm using bootcamp on a mac, I don't think you can run 64bit on mac but not positive. It was working up till a few minutes ago :redface:.

I use a Mac as well but with Virtual Box to run Windows - if it is OK with a standard layout then it's definitely something you've done with layout...

Thanks, I spoke with Sage, took them a couple of days to figure it out. For the benefit of other users:

Cambri, and Batang fonts is what it was. There is a bug in Sage 50 2012, screens export blank in pdf's.

Glad it wasn't me .
