Sage 50 - Invoicing in Euro's

Is it possible to invoice in euro's on sage 50, and if so how?

It can be done but only if:

a) You are using Sage 50 Accounts Professional
b) Assuming you have (a) then you need to tell the software that you want to process in foreign currencies by running the Foreign Trader wizard.

John, the Foreign Trader Wizard isn't showing although it is def the professional version?

It appears that it has already been activated, which is fine. However it will not let me change the default currency from sterling if I put a new customer in :|

The whole invoice has to be in the same currency.

The help text in Sage is pretty good for the foreign trader, I have been re learning this week for a training job.

Hot F1 to bring up help - then go to Index and type foreign trade - it brings a series of help pages up which should guide you through.

As a post script for this one, Foreign Trader not available if operate the VAT Cash Accounting scheme. I don't know the rationale behind this but foreign currency transactions can only be posted under the Standard VAT Scheme.
