Sage 50 Accounts Plus Support?

Hi all,

I'm just looking at the renewal of my support with Sage which is £910 for the year for a 2 user licence. It seems like a lot of money as I rarely use their support. In the last 12 months I've probably called them 5 times and they've made one report for me which I wasn't terribly impressed with and changed a lot myself anyway.

Can anyone recommend an independent support company who offer a similar service, including remote access?

These guys: http://www.adeptcom.co.uk/ offer Sage support and do remote access. They have been around for many years and I've know Martin who's company it is for more years than I care to remember
