safer food better business or haccp

for a small business like cafe-restaurant with 24 seat wat is better? and what is exactely the difference?

I can not figure out exactly what is the difference between the two and the difference in management ... always in Italy we have only haccp, so for me it is difficult to understand, can someone explain better thanks

I would say you need both. The Safer Food, Better Business package is checked routinely by Environmental Health on inspections as this is where you highlight your safe working practices and document your food temperatures.
A HACCP is done to show how you will manage hazards and what proceedures you have in place to deal with things like delivery of frozen food etc.
