S431 Election

Hi All

Hope you are well.

Have got the form from gov/HMRC website for the S431 election.

Is there somewhere in particular you need to send this at HMRC once completed or do you just need to keep a record on file?

Have you had a solicitor/accountant complete the form with you or have you just filled it out yourself? It seems fairly self-explanatory.

You just keep the form.

The employer will also complete an ERS (Employment Related Securities) return by 6 July following the year end.
