Good Evening all,

As the title suggests, my company has been dissolved. No employees, only HMRC/Companies House as debtors, who didnt object.

I intend to give my business idea one more try. Can I set up another limited company with the exact same name? Will there be any future implications regarding Director liability?

Am i right in thinking Phoenix act only applies to companies that have gone before an official receiver?

Pleased to hear,

Krgds,
Alex.

The Phoenix regulations regarding the reuse of the same or similar name only apply to a Director whose Company has entered Liquidation.
