Royal Mail mailshot

Received a Royal Mail mailshot through the post today. It says "simply take a few moments to tell us about your business at royalmail.com/freshthinking and within 30 minutes we'll email your tailored [business solutions] pack ready for a leisurely read".

I go to royalmail.com/freshthinking and it just redirects to their normal home page (as does any page not found)!

And they want to advise me???

I got a letter from royal mail with a big sign on the front saying 'Switch Off Paper And You'll Switch Off Customers Too'.

I use royal mail packet post account so get mail sacks delivered to me. Opened one up last week and there was a few hundred a5 mail shots which some business had used royal mail to handle! Money well spent. Obv put them back in and sent them off with my days collection.

Just watch you don't end up getting charged for sending those - they do spot checks!

We get through loads of sacks and about 1 in 200 still has a letter/letters in! RM are switching a lot of people to putting mail in trays which should help - hopefully.
