Royal Mail DMO label printing problem

Not sure if this should be in the IT section, but someone may have had a similar issue here.
I have moved my DMO processing to a new PC using Windows 10 and I am unable to get the labels for my Zebra LP2844 to print correctly. I have to print the label twice (first time nothing prints) and then the label is all mixed up (barcodes on the bottom, address at top and not correctly aliened). If I print it set as horizontal instead of portrait then its fine and prints fist time or if I print on another printer (A4 laser) then its also fine. All the settings are the same as my old PC. I have both PC’s temporally running next to each other.
i have tried:
reinstalling the Zebra drivers
reinstalling the seagull setup (as per Royal mail instructions)
updating the Royal Mail barcode font
printing from a saved pdf of the postage label.

if i print a pdf with text and image it seems to be ok, it seems to only be a problem with the Royal Mail label when printing in portrait to the Zedbra LP2844.

Any ideas as what to try would be fantastic. Thanks

We had the same problem when we set it up. I had to call Customer Service and we were on the phone for 40mins to solve it. It solved in the end.

You need to make sure you have Adobe Acrobat Reader downloaded and your label size should be set correctly. I recommend you to call Royal Mail, it'll be easier.

    Thanks alanc & apricot,
Fixed it. turned out to be a old Zebra driver that wouldn't uninstall. Managed to get rid of the driver and now DMO works. I am however left with a redundant Zebra printer in my printers list, if i try to delete it the PC crashes.
    Thanks again
