Royal Mail Cyber Attack - how to ship letters overseas?

Hey folks,

Since the cyber attack last week on the Royal Mail they are not providing international shipping services. How would one send a letter overseas?

Depending how urgent the letter is, you could just use DHL, Fedex or a similar service.

The letters are just normal sales, not urgent and value is less than the £21 min charge of the big carriers (or any I can find) as they only deal with parcels not letters.

I will just cancel overseas sales until this is resolved. Its the only option. I have contacted all my existing international sales to update them and offer refunds.

Thanks alot for this. I sent them an email. I'm not sure if they cover single letters or if its bulk only as there is not much info on their site. I shall post the results here.
