Hi all,
My business is just another Royal Mail customer that got hit with the news that Dispatch Manager Online was closing (with 6 weeks notice) and that we have to migrate to Click & Drop.
It's a PITA because our systems are well integrated with how Dispatch Manager Online works and it means a rush integration job. Typical Royal Mail really - a poor system that's often changed, rarely for the better. In contrast, DPD's labelling system hasn't changed in over 6 years and does a perfect job, every time.
Anyway, we've got Click & Drop integrated to the point that it will create the labels and dump them into randomly named folders in Dropbox along with their PDF labels and a CSV result file.
My question is - has anyone managed to get the labels to print to the label printer automatically? Without using third-party solutions, I can't see how Click & Drop could do it.
TIA
