rostandart.ru and rostandart.com Same content. Is it for good or back?

We have got the same content on rostandart.ru and rostandart.com
Wounder if this somehow impacts our page rank? Should we move contant from rostandart.ru/en (eng version) to dot com?

Having the same content on 2 different domains is considered as duplicate content by Google (and other search engines) and could lead to penalties.
So you should only use 1 domain, either ru or .com depending on your target market to ensure you dont damage your rankings

Not bad thinking Capricorps. But why don't you change words keeping the meaning or theme intact. It is the best practice.

First of all money matters. We are very good established in Russian market, we are famous I should say and respectable. But only in Russia. Still we pay for ads.
So, there are two ways we prpomote now: cetification in Russia and certification abroad. We can not afford pay for ads for two sites in english unless we are sure it would bring profit like in Russia. In fact there is an .org and .net versions Well, just like this.
