Reverse recruitment service?????

Hi All,

Does anyone know is this type of service available?

I give the company my professional details and my job criteria and they then find me relevant positions? So a kind of reverse recruitment agency. Start with the potential employee and match them to the job.

I know that in theory most recruitment websites do this, if you add your details but this is all very broad and still needs a lot of filtering.

I guess you could try something like CVLibrary which is designed more for recruiters to search for candidates rather than the other way round.

Standard job boards also do this to a lesser extent as you've already touched on. Sites like Reed and Monster enable you to upload a CV and then have recruiters search for it. Last time i was in the job hunt I received loads of calls from recruiters who found my details via these methods and all had roles suited for me more or less.
