Hi,
I get very few returns luckily but I would like to send customers a prepaid returns label, I know Royal Mail offers a returns service for over 2000 per year but could I use my existing PPI labels? I only ask because I received an incorrect item from an Ebay seller, I was sent a standard 2nd class PPI label. I can only assume they will pay for the item when received through OBA if that is possible.

I have sent a PPI for a return. I did account for it, so RM did not lose out. Like you, we have very few returns, and until RM tell me to not do this, it seems a great way to offer returns.

You are running into the danger that the local sorting office (local to the customer) will reject the post and return it to the customer with a demand for additional payment. Doubly annoying your customer.
