Hi,

As per a previous thread, we have started renting out electronic equipment to a number of businesses, one such rental agreement has fallen well into arrears. We have written to the client and terminated the agreement and demanded access to recover our goods yet the client is being particularly stubborn and dodging these requests. Having spoken to a firm of baliffs it appears that we need a "Return of Goods Order"... Does anybody have any advice on this subject? Specifically the costs involved, the timescales, whether a court hearing is required, etc... I would like to know whether we can do this ourselves to save further costs or whether we really need to involve a solicitor... (?)

Any advice gratefully received.
