i'm looking at opening a retail shop to work alongside my online business,
i've found the premises, and before I commit i'm looking at costings,

is there anywhere in leicestershire that sells/auctions retail shop fittings,?

I used this firm before, about 8 years ago.

They're on the A5, about halfway between Hinckley and Lutterworth. I got a batch of shelves etc from a shop clearance. In pretty good condition too!

Out of interest, is it a stand alone retail outlet or a warehouse with a trade counter?

Makes sense to use the shop as the warehouse

the property will have my mail order business running from it (originally wanted a unit for this but the shop came up with large enough storage to use for the mail order side) and the retail shop will be a normal gift shop so in effect an extra income resource for the business
