hi - my ltd co has been dissolved as I missed the letters while away. I need to restore the business asap and need to file a confirmation statement, I am in the process of restoring via an administrative route. However I have tried to submit my confirmation statement (as it says I need to do that asap to restore properly on the form) but I can't do that until the company is restored.......

Anyone know what I need to do?

Thanks

    Hi,

As I understand it, it needs to be posted along with the RT01. Below quoted from https://www.gov.uk/restore-dissolved-company:

    Send Companies House:
    Companies House
    Crown Way
    Cardiff
    CF14 3UZ

Call Companies House if you need advice about your application.

    Telephone: 0303 1234 500

Thanks - I think my main quandary is trying to work out how to submit a confirmation statement when the company has been dissolved, it's not possible online anyway.

There were no assets in the company, do I need a bona vacantia letter?

Any accountants who can help - please let me know!

@Chris Callaghan has explained above that you need to post it together with the relevant form to Companies House.

He has also offered to refer you to an accountant who can help you...

If there were no assets in the company, what are you hoping to gain by having it restored?
