Require venue hire contract drafting

We are a UK based events company, one of our projects is corporate hospitality at Monaco GP. We hire a terrace from a private individual in Monaco then add production (catering, decor etc) and sell it either ticketed or as a buy out to a corporate.

I need a solicitor to draft a contract between my company and the owner of the apartment to agree the rental. Can anyone here provide this service or recommend someone who can.
