I've recently been getting alot of requests for tenders.
As it's time consuming has anyone got any advice on what questions or research I should do before committing time to these tenders?
1. Read over the tender thoroughly.
2. Read it again.
3. Try and get extra information on the company that the tender is for.
4. Ask around and see if anyone that you may know of has something to do with the tender.
5. Don't under price and don't over price either, take a realistic approach. Most tenders depending on who they are for looks for quality of service and delivery certainties.
6. Cover all point in the tender, if you can't find somoene that you can either bring on board to assist you or move on to the next one.
Those points are just from past experience. Hope that helps.
