Requesting recurring Paypal payments through an invoice

Does anyone know how and if its possible to request a Paypal invoice and set it up for recurring monthly payments?

Its possible through the creation of a button but I can't seem to find how any option to do it through a 'Request Money' method.

No you can't.

Request Money requests money. This is a process that the payer has to respond to.

Set up subscription (button link or web form) sets up a subscription, once set up the payer does nothing.

They are difference processes so your requiremnet doesn't seem to make sense.

Do it the same as for a button, then right at the end where you grab the button code is a tab for 'email' click that and grab the link and paste it into your email and you are done. Email the 'invoice' with the payment link and you get your subscription.

However as said above, it isn't a monthly invoice thing, it is a subscription.
