Replacment Items in Kashflow

Hello,



I have had a parcel lost by Royal Mail and subsequently had to send a replacement out to the customer. Any profit on the sale has now gone and it will actually have ended up costing me money. How to I show in the accounts that I have actually paid for two items not one?


I use Kashflow and cheap accounts for my accountants

Unless you have stock control on your software, you do not need to take any action. The purchase of the 2 items will already be in you purchases and you will only have the 1 sale. This will reflect the financial result. If it was a large sum you may wish to show it separately but I am assuming that it is not material
