Renting out kitchen space

Hi,

Just joined forum. Looks great and looks like there is wealth of experience and info around!

Recently took over premises and I am keen to rent out the largely unused kitchen area. It would suit a baker as we are in the wedding business and any idea how/where to market/advertise would be appreciated.
