Rental property advice

Hello everyone,

Has anyone in the past couple of years started a business to rent out property?

I have a few private rentals but considering starting a business moving forward for any future properties.

Interested to hear from people how they do it or any advice on how to go about this?

I am aware that it can be harder to get a BTL mortgage as a company but would be interested to hear others experiences.

A good mortgage broker would probably be a good person to talk to.

Its not harder, there is a little more work involved and there will potentially be extra costs (personal guarantees and accountancy/company house costs) but the biggest difference is rates will be higher.
