Hi all,
A few years ago my Dad incorporated his small business into a Limited Company. A couple of years later he dissolved the company.
He continues to do his business as a Sole Trader and I've been helping him get online. As part of this I did some 'Google-ing' and came across the records of his incorporation and dissolvement.
This portrays a bad image and so I'm wondering if it's possible to get these records removed from public viewing? I understand I can probably get them removed from Google quite easily; but I want them removing from all search results and direct accessibility.
Furthermore, I have long-term plans for my involvement in my Dad's business that could well result in me wanting to form a Limited Company. The ideal name would be the same as that already registered as above. Is there a way for this name to 'start a fresh'?
