Relevancy Index, need an advice

Hello, I am new to the Pay Per Click advertising methods, all that I know is that paying per click is not enough for Google to send a website to the first page. I would like to know more about this Relevancy Index, can you please give me some more information about it? Thank you in advance!

With Google Adwords it's not just about being the highest bidder for relevant keywords, it's much more... as you realise. Let's say 2 peope are bidding on the same keyword and both max out at say £1. The ad which has the most relevance to the website with the more relevant content to that keyword will rise above the other. That's how it works. Google strives to give its searchers exactly what they are looking for, so you have to look at your PPC campaign from their perspective
