Rejoiner cart abandoment platform - has anyone used this?

I'm interested to know if anyone's used Rejoiner (or similar service). Rejoiner (http://rejoiner.com) is a cart abandonment platform that sends out emails to customers who abandon their carts during the checkout process. Basically emails them with a link to their regenerated shopping cart to complete their transaction. For our monthly sales volume, it costs $129 per month.

Anyone have any experience of this type of service? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!

What is your website built on? I use a plugin that does the same thing and cost me circa $20, no monthly fee!

It's not as successful as I thought, but paid for itself the first day & in fairness I really need to get round to A/B testing the email copy.

I'd say it currently recovers 1 in 12 orders but that's a guess!

Thanks so much Babymoos! I use Magento and after some digging around, it transpires that there is an extension that I already use (for another purpose) that does this job already. Handy!

I'm interested to hear your comments that it's not as successful as you thought. I saw there was an infographic (plus other resource) on how to craft the perfect email on Rejoiner's wesbite, which might help:
