Hi There,
I have not been on here for a while, but thought i would take the time to reintroduce myself.
I am a Virtual Assistant working for clients in many industries, from Retail to Construction.
My role is to help ease the workload of small businesses and also gives clients the freedom to work with someone regularly or on an ad hoc basis.
Some of the services i can provide are:
Deal with Administration Tasks
Make Customer Service Calls
Telemarketing
Sort through and deal with emails
Take and process orders, Bookings and enquiries via your website, email or fax
arrange records of your expenses on an easy to manage spreadsheet
Source and Order services and Suppliers (always ensuring you get the best deals)
Arrange for deliveries and collections at your request
Do your monthly invoices at a low price per invoice sent
Internet Research
Data Cleansing and verification Great for lapsed customers and databases
I have 15 years of experience in Telemarketing and customer service and have been a Virtual Assistant for the last 3 years.
