Registring for Tax/N.I

Hi,

I have been tryign to work this out for about 2 hours now an I have given myslef a slight headache!


I have recently set up a partnership, I have been looking at how we register for tax ect, I know that we both have to register as self employed (please do correct me at any point if I have gone wrong) Now where I have got slightly confused is self assessement! if we each fill in this fown online is that all we have to do? Are they any other forms that we need to fill in?

I will be very greatful for any help that can be given, I have tried to work this out but I cant find the right information.

Hi Terri

No - you also have to complete a partnership tax return.

I hope you dont mind me asking but have you considered a limited company as an option? It can save tax for some people.
