Hey,
I've recently set up an event which has been successful over the last few months. I ran it with two investors who had me on their books as a member of staff.
I also ran another event for their company. Now I am off their books and they invoice me my wage for the event I run for them, and also for my % of the event I run with them...if that makes sense?
I have a LTD company which I registered last year, but i never went along with it...so I haven't deal with any kind of paper work.
I am just wondering if it's possible to now work under my company name and if it has any benefits? As I am soon to launch another separate service which can fall under the same company.
I'm also looking for an accountant if anyone has any recommendations?
