We have a brand that we would like to trademark but we have two variations of the name (for example ‘lumen creative’ and ‘lumen design’).
I know when registering a trademark on the gov.uk site it will let you register two close variations such as ‘lumencreative’ and ‘lumen creative’ but is ‘lumen Creative’ and ‘lumen design’ too different? Just trying to work out if I can get away with just one trademark fee.
