Registered Office Address

Hi all,

I'm may be blind but..... I've tried Google to find an address I can use as a registered office in the Lincoln area but can only find 2 results each charging between £40-£50 pm. I know an account can be used but I'd rather use a physical location that actually contains offices.

I've seen advertisements for other areas of the country where the monthly fee here would cover the annual fee elsewhere.

So, after a long waffle, any suggestions for the Lincoln area?

Thanks as always

Well you will usually find that for both services, e.g business trading address and reg office address will cost more than just a reg office address. There is one in Lincoln but I can't recall the name. I don't recall it being that much though.

There's an organisation called Companies Made Simple, when we registered they provided us wit ha virtual office with mail and call forwarding for about £50 a year. You'll have to check their rates now but I don't imagine it's changed much.

Presumably your company doesn't have a physical office (hence the question)? What about your own personal address - I know it's not ideal but if a local address is really important will it do any harm?

Also, if the address is personal I believe the legal requirement to display the fact it is a registered address of 'x' is waived.
