Referral Program

Hi,

Just starting to look into referral programs in a bit more depth. We're seeing very happy customers who we're not really taking advantage of. Seen something called Mention Me, and another one, Referral Candy.

Just wanted to ask if anyone has used these kind of services and where they good? Any better ones than the ones mentioned above?

Also, the above seem quite advanced/complicated - is there an easier way to do this? We are a small company and don't expect we need anything too glamorous at this stage. Just something that gives someone an incentive to mention our services to their friends.

Any advice appreciated
Cheers

Hi Oliver, This may seem a bit obvious but have you tried asking your clients direct for referrals? When I have a happy client I always find asking outright gives you a straight answer. :)

Hi Samantha,

Thanks for your input. I don't mind the obvious, sometimes these are the best solutions! :) But yes I do contact my customers for referrals. I was more looking for an automated system to do this though, as my particular business model is built around scalability whilst keeping costs/resources to a minimum, so once we achieve our planned growth, then calling every customer wouldn't be in line with this...
