Redglow Solutions Limited

Hi All,

Just wanted to put the feelers out to see if anyone has used the above named company?

Just had a very interesting conversation where they were highlighting how beneficial there service would be and how my business couldn't do without it. Wow I thought................. but then I kindly declined the offer and then the barrage of sales speal started.

This went on for a couple of minutes, then when I kindly said no again as I'd had my fingers burnt previously with a similar company, I was told I'm just rude and how are people ever going to know what I do!

What a bizarre day............

Cheers

Neil

As a response to the comment posted online ....

I am a director of the company at Redglow Solutions Ltd. and we have listened to the phone call that Neil at Online Bookkeeping received from ourselves (10/05/2011 at 3.19pm). We will not release the actually name of the salesman as it would infringe on his or her privacy.. however they have been severely disciplined and we would like to use this opportunity to apologise to Neil for being spoken to in this way.

We are a fast growing PPC Management company looking to do an honest and transparent Online Marketing campaigns. We have also started to run campaigns on Facebook.

<removed telephone number and request to contact them>

Many thanks

I have just taken a look at the website of aforementioned company to which this thread relates too in the main and I see no mention of them being Google Adwords Certified http://www.google.com/adwords/professionals but I stand to be corrected.

(I have also noticed the aforementioned company also use text in a .png file for the majority of their sales text - what's that all about ?)

In my opinion you should only use a Google Adwords Certified Company or if you have a very limited budget start at http://www.google.co.uk/adwords and go spend £25 (say) on Adwords to teach yourself in conjunction with Google's on-line help.

However, before you go the DIY route make sure you have fully read and understand Adwords T&Cs and most importantly Adwords Advertising Policies which vary from country to country. If you breach Advertising Policies you could easily get suspended or even banned.
