Recovery planning

As a IT professional I'm wanting to help others plan their way through to recovery from the year that has been 2020.

I'd thought about creating a tool to help business make plans that focus less on the business as usual and more on the changes needed to recover, tracking what is working and what isn't, especially from a cash flow perspective.

I'm interested in knowing if anyone thinks this would be useful (and thus use it) and anything specific that you can think of that would help you.

Tbh my "recovery plan" if we are calling it that started in March at the same time we had to close so I am already 9 months in.

If you are starting to develop software now I suspect your potential customers will already have something in place by the time your software is marketable. Sorry.

I just rewrote the business plan 4 times so far this year - would normally at best do it once a year.

This idea could have worked prior to this year. Now? A chunk of us will have learnt to do it.
