Recording of cashback

Hi,

Due to receive 1.5% cashback for a particular purchase from Paypal, from a purchase made to an international supplier.

Is receiving cashback "other income" or is it a refund on expenses?

I think it's other income but would just like to check.

It's a refund from supplier (as they've ripped you off massively on the exchange rate)
