Hi, I am a self employed cleaner I do 3 cleaning jobs a week and receive cash for them. The income only amounts to £60 a week. I use a spreadsheet to record the dates, and sum received but I just keep it as cash at home which is then used for odds and ends such as school dinner money, kids school trips, bits and pieces at supermarket etc. I never bank any and I don't issue receipts etc. I just want to check that this is ok?

You certainly don't have to use a bank account.

HMRC have some guidance here which you may find helpful.
