I've recently stumbled across a blog by designer Karen Mahony (a Royal College of Art MA graduate), who with her design partner Alex Ukolov, runs Baba Studios in Prague, and wanted to recommend it for the incredible business advice it gives. No nonsense, unpretentious and personal. It's called Making a living doing what you love, I can't recommend it highly enough for us small businesses struggling to make a success of what we love doing. Baba Studios design amazing laptop bags, silk drawstring bags and prints, and are considered to be world leaders in the Tarot community for their incredible tarot packs such as Bohemian Cats, Victorian Gothic and Victorian Romantic tarots.

Her "How to be Creative and Survive and be Successful - 24 points" on the sidebar of her blog is a must see. I'm not going to reproduce it here as it may be copyrighted, but if you do one thing today, read that list.

And no, she's not a mate, never met her. I'm just blown away by her design skills, business skills and internet marketing skills. And if you're looking for Christmas presents, there are some GORGEOUS things here. Maria, I think you will love these...

It looks like there are some interesting links there, Camille I meant specific business blogs with tips for small businesses though.
