Hi

I have several e-commerce websites and looking to change to another host provider as my current is not proving very reliable (frequent downtime issues).

So looking for recommendations please?

Thanks

    I've been using Guru https://www.guru.co.uk/ for the past couple of years with very few problems and support has always been good (even though seldom used)

    A couple of things to be aware of;

    Check you get an email service with the package you take.

    Their payment system is annoying - you have to set up recurring payments with Worldpay or PayPal (I cancel mine as soon as payment is taken)

    Both of these are tolerable though due to the service.

    How many sites, and with how much traffic? Who does things like updating OSCommerce when there is a security update or making changes to the site? Do you know what the causes frequent downtime?

    There are lots of hosting providers out there, and a lot who provide a good service. You need to narrow it down more than that.
