Recommendations for Direct Debit collection service

Hello,

Does anyone have personal experience of using a bureau to collect monthly direct debits oh behalf of their business?

I am looking into potential suppliers for a client and would be interested to hear any positive feedback or complaints you have about particular companies.

I too have been interested in them, have you any personal experience on if they are good? Would you mind elaborating a little, I really would like to move to a direct debt model (all my customers pay by standing order which is a PITA)
