Hi guys.

I wonder if anyone has any recommendations for reliable small print (1000 to 5000) full colour books?

I've only ever printed overseas and would like to keep all business in the UK (or at least in Europe).

Really not looking for print on demand or various other services; I don't feel the quality is up there.

If quality is key then any Litho printer should be able to help, we use a HUV press which is next level in colour quality but all printers will be able to print its just a lot will have to outsource the finishing, depending on what cover you want

These were the finalists in PrintWeek's "Book Printer of the Year":

Bonacia
Empress Litho
Northend Creative Print Solutions
Pureprint Group (winner)
Team Impression
Westdale Press.

As Manor Group says some places will outsource cover finishing, binding etc. But the supplier can handle that.

You might want to consider using an agency if you're not totally sure of placing work. They can handle all the separate operations and choose the best supplier.
