Recommend a workplace pension provider

I'm currently with Nest and find their system very clunky and difficult to use. I've not had the integration from Bright Pay to Nest work once without some kind of data manipulation/manual entry.

We pay staff weekly and monthly so need a provider that can accept payments at both frequencies.

Happy to pay from an employers perspective and also happy to pay more if it keeps fees lower for employees.

Can anyone recommend a provider they use?

We're with Smart Pension but they recently introduced a £30+VAT monthly fee for no apparently reason.

Their system is ok and their help is ok too.

I've considered switching to NEST but a clunky system isn't good.

It's all a load of faff that a small business doesn't need IMO.

Thanks for the reply. Were Smart Pension originally free?

I’ve had an offer from Peoples Pension to waive their normal fee so considering that. Anyone got any experience with them?

Check out Penfold. I use them for my personal pension but I know they also do company pension schemes.
