Reclaim VAT on Companies House charges

Strange one this....have been googling for some time and haven't found an answer....

Are you able to claim back VAT on Companies House charges?, the Annual Return being an example?

:| Companies House do not charge VAT.

However, if you've bought something from someone providing a service 'sourced from Companies House', such as a company incorporation, they may be charging you VAT on the Companies House fee(s) as well as charging them on their services.
