this may be a me problem but it seems there’s a limit of three choices in the “what material is most useful to you” question (Q4?).

Despite my having answered the question , it said “this question requires an answer “
When I reduced from 4 to 3 choices it accepted it.

If there is a limit, helpful to say in the question. Maybe it’s another issue as I say.

Oh, I didn't realise and didn't plan on there being a limit of 3. I'll try and either remove the limit or if I can't then I'll change the wording of the question.

That was a quick fix, now set to require a minimum of one choice selected for that question

One question implies that respondents are all business owners - I didn't know that's a requirement here

UKBF’s purpose is to support the business owners or side hustlers, or those in a position to support the same either externally or internally. Our focus is to help UK small business.

It is not a place for employees to come with problems with an employer, and equally is not a place for consumers to come with a problem. MSE exists for them to go to.

Sure I get that. I was just pointing out that the survey question makes a stated assumption that won't apply to all respondents and that in general that would reduce the completion rate. Something like 'from the perspective of your business' might do better. For background I write surveys for clients and will obviously try to maximise validity and response rate.
